Projects and Practice

Working in a Microsoft Windows-centric environment, I am practicing modern methods of automated, repeatable, and consistent service life cycles. I am generally focused on Windows operating systems, and Microsoft SQL Server. Service monitoring and metrics have become an essential part of my methods, and I am building a stack based on several open source applications as part of this exploration, including Sensu, Alerta, Flapjack, Uchiwa, and the Elastic Stack
